Metal Roofing​

TPO Roofing​

TPO, or Thermoplastic Polyolefin, is a reflective single-ply roofing membrane composed of a blend of ethylene-propylene and polypropylene. Widely used in commercial roofing applications, TPO is installed through either mechanical attachment or full adhesion methods. The membrane typically features a white topcoat exposed to the elements, serving as an effective reflective barrier against light and heat. Since its introduction in 1989, TPO has become a popular roofing solution, covering millions of roofs globally.

Roof Coatings​

Commercial roof coatings are versatile solutions designed to protect various roofing systems from environmental exposure and prolong their lifespan. Often referred to as “cool roof coatings” or “reflective roof coatings,” these products are typically white or light-colored to reflect heat, helping to lower energy costs by reducing heat absorption. Applicable to a wide range of roofing materials—such as metal, modified bitumen, single-ply membranes, and built-up (BUR) roofs—these coatings offer both energy efficiency and durability. Shingled Roofing
